"Use to be a good place to go to, I don’t know who hurt that receptionist but the two times that I have spoken to her she is so profoundly rude. It’s completely unwarranted. For that I will not consider this lab in the future. Early in the morning , middle of the day, doesn’t matter she is just as rude."
"They've moved locations to 60 W. Columbia St. in the Jewitt Orthopedic building. I don't know if it's temporary or permanent. Since doing this, the service has gone extremely downhill. Before, in their stand alone location, no visit was ever longer than 15 minutes, even without an appointment. Now, each visit has been a 45+ minute wait with no clear organization as to where you need to wait, where you need to check in, and no signage anywhere. There's no semblance of order or organization. Literally everyone in the waiting room has shared the exact same complaint during the multiple times I've been here. No one seems happy with this move."
"I have been to this location multiple times and am pleased and relieved every time. I am a hard stick, so much so that some urgent cares have stuck me 5 times before! Each time I have been here, the tech has listened to my concerns and have gotten blood with just one stick. Additionally, they are fast and I only ever have to wait for maybe one person ahead of me. Plus, labs result directly into MyChart. Highly recommend."
"Great place!! Easy parking and easy to access location. I’m known as a “hard stick “ so I’m pleased to report that my technician got in in one painless stick! The staff is friendly, polite, respectful and professional. My technician even wrote down for me the name of a special test so I can ask my doctor to order it for me. And....I was in and out within 15 minutes!!!"
