"They were friendly, but conditions are unsanitary. Rinsing supplies off, soaking in for a few minutes in a solution, does not constitute sanitary in today's age. my big toe was tore up by the cheese grater they used to remove calluses. I am still in pain with it, I should've gone to see a doctor. It's been two weeks since my Pedi and I just pulled another sliver of skin off. My math, 2 $35 pedi's should be $70, not $75. One coat of clear coat, is not the sign of the professional nail salon. I've paid less and gotten a base coat, two coats of color, then a clearcoat. The place is a rip off and unsanitary."

"Today I saw Ms. Kelly for the first time. I have been a regular to some other nail salons but I'll never go back. Kelly was very welcoming right from the start. It was raining and she even brought me a towel! She made me feel welcome and relaxed. I have tremors and she did fantastic inspite of them. She took her time and did the best job I've ever had. I will not be going back to other subpar nail salons again. I highly recommend this nail salon."
