"There was no follow-up call for my cardiac cath. I had a LOT of internal bleeding in my elbow region and am not medically qualified to make the call as to whether it's ok or not. When I called on Friday to my doctor, they were closed at noon on Friday. I didn't want to pay 900.00 co-pay to go to emergency to have someone look at it and simply say it needs ice packs or whatever. A simple follow-up phone call would have been nice to check on the outpatient situation to see if everything was alright."

"IF you are a first time patient.. beware of the wait time. You'll be there longer than what you think. My appt was at 11am and my daughter brought me there just a little bit after 10:30. Then I got handed Way too much paperwork to do. If you decide to go do yourself a favor and have them mail you all of the paperwork so you can answer the questions with ease. No one ever said that the doctor was running behind.. Nobody!!! Sat there and sat there as people were coming in and being called to a room. Pretty soon.. the people were done and leaving.. My daughter and I were still waiting.. and now it's almost Noon! I told my daughter to take me out of there. I am important to and I have other obligations to meet. Will I ever try again?? Ha.. not for a long time unless I find a different doctor."
