I’ve been to a few locations and the experience is always 10 out of 10. NP Janelle is extremely knowledgeable and is a great asset to your organization, her bedside manner is top notch, and she is extremely thorough. "We’ve visited this location several times, and always receive a top-notch patient experience. Friendly desk staff greet us, we’re offered water at our preferred temp (chilled or room temp!), and we’re seen quickly by the efficient care staff. The facility is clean and new, and exam rooms are comfortable and calming. All staff members seem compassionate & caring, and well-trained. The online booking experience is great, as well. We BY FAR prefer this Breeze urgent care location to the HCA-owned urgent care that’s much closer to our house - we will happily travel a few miles further to receive great care here!
