"I recently donated plasma at this center and it was a terrible experience. The staff seemed completely neglected and uninterested in providing quality care. During my donation, the nurse Jenifer who attended to me was inattentive and careless. They ended up bruising my arm badly, and now I'm left with significant pain and discomfort. The entire process felt rushed and unprofessional. It’s clear that proper training and supervision are lacking. I highly advise anyone considering donating plasma to avoid this center. The poor service and lack of attention to donors' well-being are unacceptable."
"I love the employees here everyone is so nice and it is so clean except for one of the employees… shar… today I had the unfortunate pleasure of having her being the one who stuck me for the first time. Now mind you I have seen her there on multiple occasions usually bossing her coworkers around and if not that loudly complaining about her coworkers not doing any thing as she herself does nothing. I’ve listened to her coworkers complain about her but today I learned just how rude she really is. She has a horrible and nasty bedside manner. Also when she stuck me today it wasn’t until I was being unhooked that we realized she didn’t clean the site before she poked me. Normally you have a big circle of iodine around the area that is noticeable that you have to clean off yourself when you can take the bandages off the nice gentleman who unhooked me pointed this out. Hopefully I don’t get an infection or something"
"Very professional and excellent work I’ve had no problems. Nothing has been able to penetrate their advanced technology. Give them five stars."
"Today I had a wonderfully horrible day at this facility; let me explain in full how this day began. I booked a 9 am appointment; was on time, but the waiting room was full. I checked in and did my due diligence at the computer, but was glad for not being there in a few weeks. Waited and found out there was some issues with my checking in be it gone so long (6 weeks) or there system being over whelmed I met to awesome individuals who not only smiled but relaxed me; there names are Sasha and “Sammy” if you ever have the pleasure to meet to people in your life that are under pressure and still can smile and laugh these are the two. If it wasn’t for there professionalism and dedication to there job I would have left and wrote this company off. I only wish a multi million dollar company gave there time and money to these two hard workers; they make your bottom line at the end of the day."
"Today 4/2/2024 Freedom/imunotek changed new donor fees with no warning. I began mid March and expected to gain the fees that were shown at that time. The poster stated that I had 45 days to complete the new donor cycle only for me to be told today at the Freedom Stonecrest location that it would be substantially less because the company changed the fees on 4/1/2024. I will be out of nearly $200 and that is completely unacceptable. They also strategically give the higher rates towards the end of the cycle for the purposes of changing up fees and cheating donors. This is a problem that needs immediate correction especially for donors that were already on the new donor cycle prior to 4/1/24. I expect to be compensated as stated! I would not recommend anyone donate here enlight of the recent changes."
