Daughter of Dr. Ling Is Lindsey Ling Browser & after hving my Esophagus cut & stretched & my records were send to her & she couldn't tell me any results on my status after hving surgery. Or when I went to her for a wellness ck, she didn't even cked my urine, I had to ask her that I thought I had a uti infection & sure enough I did. And she thought she was done, Washington ready to leave the room!! Until I had said Can u do a uti cked on me...Terrible I don't recommend her!! Maybe her Dad Dr. Ling & that's why we had signed up there. But, instead we got his daughter. That my husband didn't want..."

"Well I won't be going back. I had to go in to establish a a paper. Brought in my own test results and everything. Arrived early and the waiting room was empty but still wasn't taken to a room until 45 minutes after my appointment time. Literally the only thing that was done were my vitals were taken and the doc came in for me to tell him nothings wrong. I had 2 insurance plans so when I got the bill for payment I was confused, this would fall under an annual check up, I would think would be 100%covered. I called and at first it seems they couldn't find me, "and this is for you?" Then they confirmed ihad two insurance plans but "maybe a high deductible?" I got upset and told them I'd pay it and submit to my insurance on my own but I wanted my test results sent back. Told them about my experience and that I'd go somewhere else. She told me not to pay but she'd mail my results back. Never got those but she did call me today and said my primary insurance didn't pay because apparently they sent me a survey that I didn't send back and she recommended I contact them to have a new survey sent to me. She then hung up on me. I paid their bill through my insurance providers website and am getting reimbursed. I'll continue to drive to Oldsmar where billing is just as important as patient care."
