"The property is cute and the staff is super friendly. But I have had several massages at this place and they have all been just ok. But this last massage this past weekend was just a body run. Michael A was the massage therapist and I would definitely not recommend him. No pressure what so ever. Yes I probably could have said something during the massage, but he also could have asked how the pressure was. But honestly it’s a massage, not a body rub. Just lazy. Between him and the other mediocre massages, I’ll be finding a new place to go."

"I’ve been a client at Cabanas for SEVERAL YEARS. I’ve read these so called negative reviews with laughter. First, the atmosphere is completely relaxing and clean. Second, women are not allowed in this MENS ONLY resort, how can they provide ANY opinion. Last, the masseurs are open to requests for lighter OR deeper. I’m sure these “reviews” are from a disgruntled employee. Carlos has continued the same HIGH QUALITY of service started by Norman."

"This is a wonderful spa. I get massages and facials here on occasion. I was googling it to get the phone to call and make an appointment and saw the bad google reviews. They are obviously fake. They all sound like they are written by the same person. "A bad place" is used in several of them. One review complains about the rude woman at the front desk. This MEN'S spa doesn't have any female employees or customers. There is a bad review from "Hannah" who says it's a "horrible place". They also appear to have been written by someone whose first language is not English by the awkward phrasing in many of them. It makes me upset that someone is slandering a very fine business run by a professional staff. I've had only the best treatment here."

"Spa Cabanas is such an awesome place for all spa services, but especially for massage. The place is clean and has a great atmosphere. Getting access to the guesthouse property (such as the hot tub) is a major added bonus. The gift certificate packages make it very affordable. The reception staff (Tony and Chaz) are super friendly and accommodating. Dene is such an awesome massage therapist... He finds the trigger spots and works them as a pro. Reading some of the negative responses below makes me wonder if they are even reviewing the same place, especially the reviews by/about women since this is an all male spa."
