"Appointment, front desk were very easy tasks. Dr Li took his time and explained the test process. He has my respect for his honesty and integrity. Wish all my Dr’s were like Dr Li."
"My husband was attended by Caring Dr. Montoya, nurses and all staff."
"I'm a patient of Dr. Montoya. I think rating Neurology P.A. is very difficult. I would give them a 3.5-star because Dr. Montoya is very kind and at least knows brain disorders in neurology quite well, but I didn't because of some very important factors. 1- It is very hard to get hold of them by the phone, they never, and I mean never, answer it. They take their time getting back with you. 2- I personally found scheduling appointments with them horrifying, except after my first appointment and I was at their front desk. 3- Dr. Montoya is nice, but her staff I find lazy and rough around the edges. 4- Getting an appointment with Dr. Montoya takes months. You'll wait to get in for your first appointment, then months to get in for your second appointment. Though I think Dr. Montoya is nice and she is well-versed in neurology, I have had some bad situations related to her as well. They are these: 1- Dr. Montoya told me a month or more ago she'd get me referenced into a testing center up north. I was supposed to get a call about it, but haven't yet. 2- After having the Brain MRI, which even I thought wouldn't show anything, I feel like the doctor has written me off. Won't listen to me when I said I gained 20 pounds and have been eating more vitamins and nutrition, but still says that my problem is only because I am losing weight and need to gain it and eat more nutritions. So I told her, "If you think this, then please refer me to a nutritionist." Which she never did. With all this stated, this is why I gave Neurology, P.A. such a low rating. I might change the rating later if they improve, but for now, I am not satisfied and feel stuck waiting to hear news on this coming test. If you don't mind waiting long periods and if all you need is a Brain MRI, then by all means, go to Dr. Montoya. She knows brain disorders very well, such as MSA, MS, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's Disease, etc. I just suggest not going to her if you have a serious condition nor if you want quick access. She also doesn't seem to know the functions of neurology outside of the brain well, including symptoms of the spine and central nervous system (this is an opinion based on the care I have received). I think it is safe to say that if you are looking for a new neurologist, don't try to get in with her. She already has enough patients, she cannot handle anymore."
"Office staff were friendly and professional. Scheduling appointments was a breeze. I received a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival. My visit was with Dr. Montoya. She is everything I look for in a doctor. She is warm, empathic and listens to your concerns. Asked appropriate follow up questions. I left with a clear plan to move forward with appointments for scans and appropriate interventions. Dr Montoya took her time with me I never felt rushed. I left feeling like my health and well-being is important to Dr. Montoya, not that I was just a number. We have recently relocated from Massachusetts to Florida. Most of us in this position find it difficult to find new doctors and medical homes that are a good fit. So happy and relieved to say I've found mine."
"I am not patient but i have recently seen horrifying comments made online by a nurse employed here. For a nurse to try and publicly shame young women by telling them to keep their legs closed so they won't need an abortion is abhorrent. If this hateful individual represents herself this way in public, then she must be like this at work."
