"I went today to have some blood drone due to some medicine I am on currently... I called yesterday and I wanted some information on what I needed to do and how to go about the process, they were very helpful. I went in and they took me right away and started and then answered some questions.... Lol... It took about 15 minutes to get a pint. I am happy with their process and I will be back every two weeks. I have turned today and everything went great. The young lady was gentle with me and I never felt the needle go in. I was a little sick afterwards and they took great care of me until I felt like I was able to walk out."
"This is my go-to blood center for donations. Staff is always super friendly and supportive. I usually have a nice conversation with whomever is in for the day. I know their days must be long, but I do appreciate their acts of service. Much needed in our county!"

"I give blood on a regular basis usually at one of the One Blood buses, but I went to an actual donation center for this particular donation. Scheduled an appointed the day before arrived and checked in at the front desk just fine the day of the actual appointment. Was escorted to a desk to answer the list of questions as usual which takes about five minutes or so. This is where I stayed for 45 mins. as I watched other scheduled donors make their contributions. Heard of one gentleman say he didn't make an appointment and was just a walk in. He made his donation before I decided I had waited long enough and walked out. I was able to walk out of the office past the front desk without even being noticed. So what is the point of making an appointment? Recommend avoiding the donation center and stick to the buses. Much better experiences."
"This was my first time ever in a donation facility. Tiffany was beyond friendly, explained everything in detail and answered every question. I cannot remember her name, but a very sweet lady from Columbia did the actual draw, and it was pain free. Overall just a very positive experience. I now realize I had absolutely nothing to be nervous about. HIGHLY recommend this facility."
