"/MY SON HAD A SICKEL CELL CRISIS ON THE 08/ 03/2024 THE ER STAFF WALKING TALKING DID NOT TO ANYTHING TO HELP MY SON WITH HIS CRISIS THIS IS WHY HOSPITAL LIKE AVENTURA BEING SUE FOR THE LACK OF PATIENT CARE, NURSE WITH NASTY ATTITUDE NEVER AGAIN BRING MY SON THERE, AVENTURA HOSPITAL IS NOT THE SAME AS IT USED TO BE BACK IN THE DAYS VERY DISSAPOINTED"

"What a horrible emergency room. I feel I am living in a 3rd world country. My mom came with a heart problem and having dementia is not easy to control her in a little room doing nothing. More than 10 hours waiting for her to be transferred to a room. Without having food the whole day. No one knows anything. No one can do anything. Doctors comes anddon't explain anything."

"We just had the best experience today with the Day Surgery Dept. Melissa and her staff we just lovely. Our RN Marie was amazing! She answered all of our questions with kindness and humor. So important! I could hear the staff asking one another if they could help each other, which was so refreshing and lovely! We were so pleased with our care."

"The worst emergency care when you’re in an emergency! Even if your situation is a scare because urgent care sends you to emergency for a check up it still isn’t the best place to go . Waiting time was about 3-4 hours for a basic urine and swab test. The initiative attention is great and fast untill they put you in the waiting cube room for further assessment . They want to give you medication without knowing what you have because the results are still not available, I feel that is absurd because you will end up taking double or triple medication once they prescribe you what your actually cause needs . I waited 3 exact hours for a result that would have been 1 hour or less at any other md care. Only reason I went is because a doctor from me told me it was pancreas disease that I need to go to urgency?! Once I left I went straight to pharmacy and they told me medication was not sent out. I waisted my night here with out leaving satisfied or feeling better. Overall if there is an urgency make sure to call ambulance and don’t go to aventura hospital. If it’s not so urgent md now will be way faster and easier. This is 5 days later after going in for severe abdominal pain they gave me antibiotics for something else and I still feel extreme pain!!!!!! This place is a joke !"
