"Research the practice thoroughly and believe the one star reviews and warnings. Note: Kelly Weaver no longer in PBG and she was wonderful. Dr. Kraeher and husband run a poor business not a practice of patient care. Hope this helps!"
"I have been going to this group for 20 years or so and I have never been as floored by such a lack of integrity in a doctors office as Dr Kenilia Ventura's office. I had an appointment to have my blood work done the week before my March 4th appointment, but had to cancel getting my blood drawn due to my daughter being sick with a high fever that lasted several days. I immediately called Dr. Venturas office after I had to cancel my second blood work appointment because my daughter was still sick and could not make it to Quest ( I have no help to watch her when she is sick). When I spoke to staff at Dr Venturas off on Friday afternoon regarding my upcoming appointment that Monday March 4th, I asked would you like me to reschedule my appointment or come in and go over my blood work via phone call (we have done this before during covid so it was not unusual to do ), I specified my new date for blood work as well. I was told that Friday to keep my Monday appointment and to come in and they would review my blood work over the phone. Fast forward to Monday, 10 min before my appointment while I was in their parking lot, I receive a call from Dr Ventura's front desk girl. She states that Dr. Ventura would like me to reschedule because I did not get my blood work done. I repeated my conversation I had on Friday and also specified my biggest concern was I have a perscription that is about to run out that I know I need to see her for, will I still be able to get that filled? I was told yes by the front desk girl just call it in when it runs out. So I agreed to let them reschedule me since that was the doctors request. Not a problem. Fast forward to Friday when I call in the prescription and leave a message for the nurse. She calls me back saying they can not fill that due to it being a controlled prescription and since I canceled my appointment i would have to wait until I come in. Now I am mad and upset. I repeated what I was told by the front desk girl, her response "Well you didn't talk to me", while that was extremely rude and unprofessional and uncaring, she isn't wrong at all I should have absolutely. So after going round and around with her she transfers me to the front desk girl who immediately states okay so we need to reschedule the appointment you canceled!!!!! Excuse me!! No I certainly did not cancel this appointment your office did which is why I now can not get one of my prescriptions filled and the earliest you can get me in is in May it is March 7th?? The front desk girl continues to argue with me about the appointment called me a liar that I di cancel this appoinment and they did not call me to reschedule. When I stated I was in the parking lot when you called her response was well why didn't you just come up. So not only did she catch her self in a lie, she has no respect or regards to patients health or wellness. i didn't come up because i was told the doctor requested me to change the appointment. I respect the doctors wishes. Apparently the Doctor does not respect her patients and does not care that her staff treats them horribly either. I also have the phone screen shots showing the call coming in from their office which blows my mind even more that they would lie over something so stupid and not just apologize and try to make it right. Its not that hard to own up to a mistake and try to make it right. You would be surprised at how responsive people can be when someone apologizes and owns their mistakes. We are human and all of us mess up. Blows my mind she handled it this way. Bottom line there is absolutely no Integrity or honesty in this office at all. I once thought she was a good person but instead of using this as a platform for training her office staff she fires her patient over their mistakes. Do not use them They have also misdiagnosed several other people I have refereed to them which I feel horribly about so this is the only reason I am sharing this story. It is not normally something I would do."
"Its wierd that the Stuart practice has several offices in the same building, can't provide client with a practice email address and does no store adequate stock in the office. I am talking about the D building office of a nurse practioner. This NP took over my case with no explanation, communication, or options. The staff does not care for you as a person and you are basically 15 minutes of their time. It seems like they want to avoid having to come to this office 2x a week. I would seriously look elsewhere."
"I have been going here for approximately 4 years now. I have never had a doctor/ nurse practitioner duo like Dr.Kraher and Kelly Weaver APRN. Simply amazing. I had been dealing with some issues that got brushed off by other providers where I felt completely ignored and hopeless. Kelly and Dr. Kraher always make me feel listened to and always check in with me to see how I am doing personally. I also appreciate that their goal is to not keep pushing medications. I completely trust them with my care and am so happy I found them."
"I love this team of doctors and staff. Maddy in the Jupiter office is so sweet and she is easy to get appointments scheduled/or refer me to the nurse for script refills. I used to see Dr. Feldman, his treatment for me was life changing. i now see the P.A., who is a sweetheart. I used to live in Jupiter, and I now drive 2 hours and 50 minutes just to come to this practice. If you have thyroid issues that are up and down like mine, you will appreciate these doctors. I would say as a person who has lived all over the state of Fl that these doctors are the best in the state.."
