"Bad bad bad service! Rosemary the registration rude! My Dr. told me that she faxed my lab order to the lab, when I get there she can find my order and tells me it’s the patient responsibility to have the order in a mean rude way! Well, my Dr. didn’t give it to me how am I supposed to have it? No effort to try to find it. People like her should not be working there! Btw few years back I worked at smh lab, and management always made sure we treated the pt with kindness and respect. Rosemary should be out of registration, maybe she should retired. Extremity disappointed."

"My new choice for lab work. I get a lot of lab work done and have usually gone to Wuest or Labcorp but always found the weight to be so long and I’ve even made online appointments that somehow just didn’t appear in their system when I got there even when I had a confirmation number. My mom recommended I use this lab at Waldemere location and it has been 1000% better than my experiences at the other places. The nurses are always friendly and even if they do end up getting a lot of patients in there it’s worth waiting much more than waiting at the other places. I also usually can pull up my lab reports on their app with a day or two so it’s awesome how quickly they get the results done- especially if you’re worried about potential results. Highly recommended and I think those that have had a bad experience maybe just had a grumpy mood that day or couldn’t deal with the fact that labs do get busy sometimes or can’t understand that these are also people and in human nature we periodically will make a mistake, but I think when they do, they definitely work to correct it!"

"I mean if slow and rude service is your preference this is definitely the place for you! The nurses are wonderful and helpful, but those “desk nurses” are the opposite, rude and unhelpful. If you can get things done elsewhere, do so to avoid this headache."

"These people are so dumb, they lost my 4 week old baby’s blood that his doctor needed results from to see if my baby needed to be admitted to the hospital that needed to be done a long time ago btw & it’s day 2 & they havent sent the results over because THEY LOST THE BLOOD OF MY 4 WEEK OLD SON & just now decided to tell the doctor that. Having me waiting for the results when there is none because THEY LOST HIS BLOOD!"
