"Front desk staff was extremely friendly and was able all of my questions. Only Four stars because was referred to the office in May but took 2 months to get an appointment. I need a follow up appointment an the next available appointment is 6 weeks away."
"I started coming on may 2nd. I didn't feel welcome by the staff, who check me in the front people are rude and doesn't listen to you what you have to say. and don't even get me started about the Dr. I felt rush i didn't understand what the hell he was saying to me. I had a sinus infection back in June 26 to be excalty, I called the the office no call back, I was so frustrated, i called every day try to speak with someone nope. I had to wait a month to start my shots last week was first time getting my shots. Yesterday, I had an appointment at 415pm. I another appointment at 215pm that appointment was running late, so I called the office explain them to about it, they said we have to charge you 50.00 to cancel your appointment. I'm thinking this unfair, i called them they just dont care . Remind you I called the office back in June to see the Dr, so I get on antibiotic for a sinus infection, they scheduled me for yesterday they know last week when I received my first dose of shot I had another appointment. They said you will be fine. This place is a joke they want your money. I wouldn't recommend this run down place to anyone they need to be welcoming and friendly when you walked in. Nope, they are nasty and rude. They need a whole new staff and Dr."

"Absolutely trash. Paid $160 to get an “idea” of my son’s allergies. Front desk never knows what the hell is going on either. We will not be returning and tell our PCP to never refer anyone there ever again. Should have went with the community provider."
"I came into the office 20 minutes before my appointment time as told even though I pre registered online a day or two before the appointment and filling out all their forms and signing them online. I was left sitting in waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time even though people came in after me but were taken back to exam rooms before me. I approached the desk and reminded them that I was waiting too. They did take me back to an exam room where my vitals were taken, and then I waited another 30-45 minutes without getting any updates but we did hear them putting someone in another exam room and THEY were told “the doctor will be with you shortly.” So I finally just left (after getting my medical records back). In total, not counting the 15-20 minutes BEFORE my appointment time they told me to come in, although I did all the preregistration online a day or two prior AND signed the papers electronically, I waited almost an hour and a half without ever getting any updates, apologies, offer to reschedule my appointment to another day, etc. I was pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of organization that was presented to me as a new patient with this being what would have been my first appointment. I don’t wait more than an hour for a doctor appointment - especially when I don’t get ANY updates on the status of my appointment."
