"Today we went here to get labs for my son (1y) and a nurse called Yoant attend us and he was not listening, first of all I asked him if he can bring someone to help me with my son coz he moves a lot and he was like “let’s go , lay down your kid lady”. He started to check for a vein on my son’s left arm and I told him that is easier if you do the right arm and he just looked at me and said “hold down your kid”. He stab my son with the needle and started moving it inside and couldn’t find any vein and later he blamed me for not finding the vein. Such a narcissist. 0 stars for him. But came this lovely nurse called Sabrina that tried to calm down my baby and listen to me and draw blood on the first try and did so well. Thank you Sabrina. 5 stars for her."

"Came here specifically Instead of Quest because they're supposed to be “ great” with children. These people have ZERO compassion, empathy, or basic social skills to communicate with children and their parents. They did not make us feel comfortable. Not to mention they don’t answer the phone ever either. Overall a very poor experience. I will continue using Quest for any and all lab purposes."

"The lady drawing blood is not kid friendly at all. She didn’t speak to my 9 year old, only to me. Then without warning, she put the tourniquet around my daughter’s arm, holding it, and telling her in a not so kind way to hold still. She had zero compassion or willingness to interact at all with my child, a child who is terrified of just stepping into a doctor’s office. We drove 45 min and went out of network for this experience, because they are supposed to be “the best” with kids. Luckily after getting a refund for the out of pocket fee due to not getting blood drawn there, an employee told me there is an outpatient lab where you can make an appointment, and they are better with the “hard sticks”. This is experience was awful and traumatizing for the both of us. That lady needs to be fired immediately."
