"STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Came in this past sunday because my throat was closing due to some type of virus I had all week. I was in extreme pain and had not slept since FRIDAY. I thought I had covid bc my gf had 3 positive tests but I tested negative with her. Rude male hispanic nurse insisted I did not have covid and made me feel dumb for not going to the urgent care across the street where they wanted to charge me 300$ bc here it cost “thousands”, I have no insurance btw. Got three tests for covid, influenza and strep. Physician comes in, says I don’t have strep and gives me a prescription for a numbing spray which PHARMACISTS CANNOT FILL. I asked her what it was and she said a spray for the pain. I told her I can’t sleep and I’m in PAIN but no, here’s a spray that two pharmacies say is not a real scrip & it’s over the counter. lol. Insane. Male nurse throws a packet on my bed and turns around to leave barely saying a word. Hey BRO do I have covid?? Influenza??? Am I discharged????? Had to chase him down in the hallway for him to say no you’re negative for everything and there’s an excuse for work/school in there. Also had to find out on the paper that I have Pharyngitis. Also they wanted a 300$ deposit before I left, no insurance btw just send the bill. Left the ER IN PAIN. I go to an urgent care on Monday and the actual doctor is almost laughing after I told him what happened. He gave me a steroid shot, antibiotics, and painkillers, all for under 150$. This hospital is a disgrace, I pray no one goes through what I had to AT AN EMERGENCY ROOM OF A HOSPITAL OF ALL PLACES. Disgusting, thought they have to vow an oath to help people but helping was the last thing on their minds. If I can sue, I will."
"In June, my wife was poisoned by mushrooms. We asked for help and received it. They gave her an IV, gave her an injection and in a couple of hours everything was fine, she was fine. We are very grateful to the doctors and all the staff, especially the nurse Michelle, who was constantly next to my wife and did the necessary procedures. Unfortunately, I did not remember the names of the doctors, they are all beautiful young women who helped us a lot. Thank you! The only thing I would like to change is that you should not require filling out a questionnaire before entering the medical care. If a person is unwell, you should immediately start helping him, and fill out the paperwork later."
"I would avoid this location. I came in and was immediately told they "didn't do" what my referring doctor had requested but started checking me in anyway. I was just handed my blood test results and nothing was explained they just asked if I had any questions but how would I know what to ask? More bloodwork was ordered but I found out by calling a week later that it was canceled by the doctor without my knowledge and no explanation. Reviewing my initial blood test results immediately signals a very common issue that I am being treated for now. Whoever was reviewing the results was either not qualified or not paying attention. I was one of the only patients there at the time so I'm not sure why so little attention was paid to trying to figure out what was going on. I was basically given fluids and asked to leave."
"everyone here seems like they hate there job. upon walking in we’re instructed to fill out a paper with name and what happened which also takes away from how the reception didn’t even notice us walking in and didn’t acknowledge us until we said something to him the nurse lead went to lobby yelled my guest name and walked away. he then instructed us to go into a room with the light off and had zero empathy. the dr came in also nonchalantly with bright yellow crocs and seemed alittle compassionate but not much of a difference from the other guy. x ray dude came in and said “gonna ask you to leave” overall experience is zero stars would’ve preferred to drive 20 more mins for more human interaction, the lady who came in to go over prescriptions was extremely nice and caring, she’s a solid 5 stars."
"Would give it a zero if I could. My daughter was in a lot of pain and very anxious. The doctor that came in had horrible bedside manners and was extremely unprofessional. From the moment she walked in she had a negative attitude. After doing a short initial checkup on her she walked out of the room and began talking about my daughter and making fun of her. I couldn’t believe my ears. We walked right out of that ER and will never be back. We are now at Orlando Health being treated with dignity and respect."
