"I expect a lot from a physician caring for myself and my family and I have been extremely disappointed in this office. The “Dr” Metropolis is very uncaring and treats you like a number when you’re in a very upsetting situation. Then try calling the office manager Jillian to discuss the concerns and you’ll be met with arguments and hostility instead of concern and caring. And that’s if she calls you back. She called me back after I left an upsetting VM twice and after 10 hours. That shows you how much she cares about the patient. We’ll be finding a new provider who cares for us and respects the patients. Response to owner- I HAVE called your office and your corporate office AND written an email and have had no response… Doesn’t seem you’re too concerned about it:("
"Dr. Metropolis is the absolute best. Full body skin checks are mentally uncomfortable as it is.. But he is so kind, so thorough and professional he makes it so easy. I always leave feeling WAY better than I did before going. He checks every spot, and always gives the best tips/medical advice for any and all of your dermatology concerns. "I had a good experience on my initial visit, but trying to get someone on the phone to assist me has been a chore, I work 10 hour days and explained this more than once that I am only available after 1 pm on most Fridays, I need to put my daughter down so they can speak directly to her, so I can figure out when I can have a needed surgery, I called today and was excited I got someone on the phone, I explained the situation and she was going to transfer me to the schedule department only for me to get there voicemail, so again I left a message, it’s 1:52 pm on Friday let’s see when I get a call back. Just disappointed in the lack of communication."
