"Such a shocker that they have such terrible reviews, they'll bill you a ton of money and I don't know why BayCare uses them. I will make sure that if they are on any of my provider lists I will never use them again and they really don't help people that are in financial need and can't afford the bills!"

"After a hospital ER visit where they refused to treat me and released me, I subsequently went to a surgeon who did surgery same day. I received a bill from SDI pursuant to the ER visit. I called and asked them to waive it, as I received no treatment. They said my request would be reviewed and someone would reach out. I reached out to them multiple times for the status of my request and was told each time that it was still pening. Today I received the notice from the collection agency. So to put this in perspective, SDI would rather split the bill profits with a collection agency INSTEAD of the patient...without ever calling the patient.... When I called today, I was told I could pay them and they would contact the collection agency to let them know it was paid. I told them no, that I will go pay the collection agency to let them get their share vs. Letting SDI get the whole amount...since they want to share the money so bad...not that I could trust them to relay the information anyways"

"Dr. Murtagh was absolutley AMAZING! I had an issue that has plagued me for some time and he got it resolved. He has an excellent bedside manner and he put me at ease regarding my procedure. Two days post-op and I feel AWESOME!!! A big thank you to Michelle in his office! She put me at ease as well and I enjoyed working with her as well!"

"They sent me for an ultrasound to check on the blood flow of my lower extremities as I’m paralyzed with stents in the Illiac veins and the IVC Vein but, nobody ever called me to talk about the results. I called and emailed and was promised a call 3 1/2 weeks ago and it NEVER HAPPENED. I’ve since called 2X’s and emailed several more and have gotten no response. Meanwhile my left foot/lower leg doesn’t look good. Why send me for a test if you don’t want to discuss the results?"

"After our son was in an accident which resulted in questionable brain injury we received a bill. Fine, we expect that. We reached out no less than 12 times to see about financial arrangements. 12 times via email, so there is a paper trail. Kept being advised not to worry at this point they were 'reviewing' and would get back to us. The 12 times was US asking THEM about the bill....the only real response we got was from the collection agency. Guess the 'we are reviewing it' didn't mean anything other than we are ignoring all of your requests, not responding."
