"This place has no time management. We waited for 1 hour for a physical that should have taken couple of minutes. And on top housekeeping isn’t part of there routine but illness and disease continue to go on. They have this yellow stain pillow on the back of the patient chair. We would have left but the front desk clerk made us pay even though we have insurance, and our insurance pay for this type of services. Save you money and your insurance go outside of this place"

"Been coming to them for almost 10 years between here & their Duluth location. Always been phenomenal until the last couple of visits. Let me start by saying doctors/NP’s are ALWAYS great. The customer service by the office staff has severely declined. My toddler was treated for ear infection, & we were instructed by the provider to call if she still had symptoms in a few days. She was still feverish after 3 days, so I called. Hours later had still not heard back, so I called again to be rudely cut off by the desk staff, “Yes we’re very busy so they’ll get back to you by the end of the day.” Well, if I’d known that, I could’ve attempted to take her elsewhere so she didn’t have to wait another day to be seen. While there I also overheard the desk staff speaking about another patient who had just left, a father who’d brought in his young son, making fun of the father for the reason behind their visit, loudly in front of others waiting to be seen. This is definitely breaching confidentiality & made me very uncomfortable before even being seen. Their wait time used to also be very quick, but now it’s a hit or miss. We waited with my sick toddler for an hour in the room after the triage for anyone to come in. Again, the providers here are fantastic, & always very kind & thorough. The customer service by the office staff needs improvement."

"Came in on 3/16/24 at 220 pm with my 13 year old son who was clearly having a severe allergic reaction. I told them my son had to be seen asap and the unprofessional lady at the front said he could not be seen until all the forms were completed and insurance verified. I reluctantly started filling out the online forms and my birthday would not enter in and I showed her and she said “so weird, that’s never happened”. I again told her my son needs to get seen, he is getting worse and she said, “I just asked him if he is having trouble breathing and he said no”. I said he is 13 and shaken up and I will pay out of pocket at this point if insurance is not verified. Because I got loud, the doctor came out and brought him right back. Upon evaluation, we called 911 since his airways were swelling, hives, redness and rash over his whole body. He was rushed to the hospital where he received Benadryl and an epipen. The doctor and nurse at urgent care were very compassionate but the lady at the front needs to be trained how to treat the symptoms not the insurance. Insurance could have been verified later and when someone is having an anaphylactic reaction, every minute counts. Would not recommend going here for anything more than a cold if you have to deal with that nonsense."
