"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this Beverley Hills MD website that sells and advertises facial creams. I purchased a dark spot removal cream, but it never worked—not even by 1%. They also charged me for a lift and firm cream that I never received, even after a month. Every time I called, they promised to send it and claimed it was out of stock, but this was clearly a lie. My credit card was charged immediately after I placed the order, and the charge remains. If they don’t have it in stock, why are they bombarding me with 100 messages a day to buy their product? Beverly Hills MD is a total scam!!!!! This whole experience has been very annoying and frustrating. This is my first and last experience with these people. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

I called and since I purchased the product past 60 days nothing they would do. I was in sales for over 3 decades , sorta not a good customer service policy to tell a customer "sorry"!!! "Nothing we can do." so I very happy to post my experience with the product Deep Wrinkle Filler and very poor response from the customer service dept. "Beverly Hills MD is a total scam, rip off. I tried to process an order and was so frustrated by the check out process I did not complete it. This shrewd and fraudulent company sent an email saying I had not finished the check out process; however, they sent a very small container of capsules anyway charging $44.95. I tried repeatedly to try and get my money back but was never able to talk to anyone or anyway to accomplish it. I am so sick and tired of these “bate and switch” companies that the law school my daughter attends has decided to take on this despicable company as an on going project. In addition, every chance I get, I will be giving the absolute worse reviews possible. NOTE: When I submitted this review, it posted as a 5 review which I never requested. I tried to change to zero “0” which I was not allowed to do. Another huge example that this company is a TOTAL flim-flam, farce!"
