"I financed a car for my fiancé at this place. I paid it off back in April of 2024 and it’s the middle of July and we still have not received the Title, Also we found out that the car still has a lean on it. So we can’t do anything until they release the lean. They were great with us in the beginning. They were understanding on a few missed payments and they didn’t hassle us for the payments. So when we were able to come with an agreement on paying the car off, I did. Trusting everything will go smoothly, but was I wrong. Now we can’t even reach anyone and I believe they even blocked my fiancé phone number. It’s weird, we just want what we paid for. I would give them a 2-3 star just because they were underrated of our situation but I gave them a 1 star because they do not pick up the phone nor do they call back. We just want what’s rightfully ours!!!!"
