"These guys went so far above and beyond I cannot express my gratitude enough. Around 4 PM we happened to stop at Casey’s gas station on our way to Minneapolis and heard a knocking in the engine as we pulled in that was obviously not right. After calling half a dozen shops in Iowa city, I called Our Shop. Dave picked up and said they’d take a look. As anyone that has scheduled auto services knows, getting a car looked at, let alone fixed in anything less than a week is usually a fool’s errand. After diagnosing the problem (broken timing chain) Dale told me they would get the part that evening, Justin would work on it that night, and offered to drop my family at a hotel he recommended. Justin worked through the night to fix our SUV and then picked us up from the hotel in the morning! I’m guessing he had maybe four hours sleep. The car runs great. The cost was more than reasonable. And these guys didn’t owe us any of it. After originally estimating they couldn’t get to work on the vehicle until next week, they pulled an all nighter and got us on the road by 9 AM the next day. Our Shop is competent, honest, and incredibly hard working. Give them your business!"
