I contacted the office and explained to them I was out of state and what the issues were. They immediately set up a time where a technician, Benny Brusso could go evaluate the situation. The office staff and Benny kept me completely informed of what was going on. Benny explained and photographed what the issue was and how it could be corrected. At that time I asked Benny to give me a quote to replace my 150 amp panel box. The office staff contacted me set up a time when the panel box could be replaced and they took care of all the paperwork and inspection with the county. Benny and Terrence did a phenomenal job replacing the panel box and correcting the original issue. Their workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend Coup electric."
