"Key did not work, refund issued. Online refund was requested. Followed up with a call 48 hours later after no acknowledgment or response from the online request which was responded to about 4-6 hrs after the follow up call. Suggest calling if a refund is needed as opposed to attempting it online."

"The machine made great copies and was easy to use. Quicker than waiting for the store associates to manually cut keys too. That being said, holy cow does the KeyHero phone app and website UI need work. It’s bad. The system won’t import one of my keys from when I made the virtual backup. I still get email address verification emails on a regular basis despite having verified already."
