"We used Mr.Sparky in the past so called them to inquire about getting a “whole house surge protector.” Christian was our tech and he gave us two options that he recommended would be best for our situation. Our villa was built in 1979 so Christian suggested we have the fuse box rejuvenated for optimum performance since it had never been done before. It took him a little over an hour to finish that job. Secondly, Christian installed a whole house surge protector for our Square D fuse box and another one for our free-standing air conditioner unit outside in our yard. Christian completed the installation of both surge protectors in less time than quoted. He gave us informational documents along with warranties covering the work done today. Very professional and we’re totally pleased with the experience. Highly recommend Mr. Sparky of Fort Myers and will call them again if any electrical issues arise in the future."

"Technician Trevor went above and beyond today. We called Mr Sparky in a panic because an outlet had smoke and sparks coming from the outlet. Trevor responded quickly and arrived within the specified time. Trevor was very professional and personable. The issue appeared to be wiring contained within the outlet box. However, Trevor didn’t take the easy way out and decided to look further. Sure enough, he uncovered the issue further up the wall. The pictures are scary but in person was worse. Thank heavens Trevor is the type of professional that he is. He truly exemplifies the title!"
