"I don't normally do bad reviews, but I made an exception here. I ordered a stand alone fuse block with relay wiring harness. ln their ad they make no mention of the size wires in the harness, I figured everything would be 12 to 14 gauge wire. Meaning the wires coming into and out of the harness, at least that size. Not the case, the wires coming into the harness were fine, but the extra ones coming out of the harness were much smaller. They were 16-18 gauge. These are the EXTRA 8 hot wires to power such accessories as off-road headlamps, stereo system etc. So I am supposed to put my 12 gauge wires (pig tales from components) to puny little 16 gauge wire? NOT GONA HAPPEN. When I emailed to explain my concerns, then waited for them to email me back, I got the run around and was told "That's not the way it works" ?? I have no idea what the guy was talking about, terrible customer service. The main problem here is the website. The description makes no mention of size wires used. This info would be extremely helpful. Also the pictures are terrible, you can only see one pic, and if you try to see the other one or zoom in so you can see the actual harness itself it kicks you out of it. Maybe if you could look at it up close you could see the tiny wires. So I sent it back and explained how I should not be charged for anything, and they did only charge me for the initial shipping $12. But not for my shipping it to them, not to mention my loss of time as a car sits in my bay for another week just because of lack of description and a crummy illustration. So if you are going to use one of these harnesses be prepared to call them first, then get put on a list to have them email you back so you can ask any questions before they waste your time too."

"just simply wouldn't answer questions about a harness i purchased some years back. he acted as if i was asking for a refund. just having some issues with the car trying to eliminate possibilities. the man was very rude to me and hung up on me. he went in to instant defense mode when i asked a question really rude. this guy should answer the phone i am very disappointed. so i guess once they have you 1000$ you're nothing to them.10/10 i will never recommend them again!!!!"
