"These people are the definition of everything professionalism isn’t. You only speak to this assistant who seems lost coordinating between the owner and the customer. First they schedule to come out then they don’t show up and in the afternoon calls saying the boss needs a picture of the panel ( you couldn’t have asked prior to scheduling ). Second, they randomly show up the following day when no one is home without giving any notice and call saying we’re outside. Third, they disappear with emergency jobs so they can’t help you."

"Just got rear ended by one of your genius drivers while he had his head buried in his phone. Then proceeds to shrug his shoulders and say “derrr accidents happen”. Put the phone down! Ridiculous"

"An employee came out last week to determine the scope of work and a quote was given. When techs showed up to do the work, they walked off the job, using the excuse there was an emergency job they had to get to. Apparently, these electricians are also firefighters LOL When my GC called to see what happened, they said "FU, we're not doing this job." Extremely unprofessional and caused delays for our inspections. It was obvious this tech was not up for the work so I would not trust them with anything important. Little did they know, my check book was open to do whatever it took to get the job done. Their loss and I certainly will never recommend!"

I wasn't able to find a local electrician in Pine Island that could get the repairs done in under four weeks.
