"I’ve called multiple times to schedule an appointment with no return call. I’ve also went online to schedule an appointment multiple times it will not allow me to schedule an appointment. Why can no one call you back when it says leave a message and will call you back! Customer service is very poor."

"I have always had great experiences on the Blood Buses. However, my visit to the donation center on Riggins Rd missed the mark. I was made to feel guilty because my scheduled appointment time was 30 minutes before close and the employees were clearly unhappy about getting a customer just then. Their closing soon was emphasized several times and the result was a stressful, awkward, and hurried visit. The extent of the donor’s responsibility should be to show up on time for their appointment. If the employees have concerns with their own scheduling system, they need to take it up internally, not pass it off on their donors. No one should feel guilty about donating blood. I will continue to use the Blood Bus, but I will not return to the Riggins donation center."

"At Noon on Saturday, there were three women working, each involved in all phases of work to be done. In a little more than 8 minutes, I'd donated my 123th pint of O-. They were pleasant, followed every protocol perfectly, gave me a cold non-calorie drink, and a packet of cookies and t-shirt as I left with no pain or hematoma. I'll be back in 56 days to give my 124th. You ought consider doing it yourself, especially if you have very useful O-!"
