"STAY AWAY! CON ARTISTS! I would give 0 stars if I could. I called Don Charles Plumbing for a simple shower faucet install, toilet re-install, and vanity faucet install. They proceeded to give me a day and time when they would be there, and never showed. I called and they said they would be there the next day, and never showed. I called again and was told they would be there on Monday (it was a weekend) and they never showed. I should've cut ties right then and there, but I decided to give them the chance. They show up Tuesday and install the shower faucet, and re-install the toilet. I arrived at the house to check the work on Wednesday, only to find the flooring next to the toilet ripped up and torn beyond repair. Then as I pulled back planks, I realized they had flooded my entire bathroom flooring out. Once I called to let them know this, they told me they would come back in a day or so. I told them this is an urgent matter and they said "maybe" they could come that day. This is when I decided to call the owner, Don, and he immediately blocked my number. To make matters worse, they did the same thing to my mother-in-law after botching her simple repair. As soon as they got a call about unsatisfaction, they blocked the number. I will be contacting BBB and the DBPR as I believe they have unlicensed professionals working in their company. All in all, I am out $1206.83 for flooring and labor to replace flooring, and I STILL need to get the plumbing work done. Please, do yourself a favor, NEVER call Don Charles Plumbing for ANY REASON."

"Charged me $1300..didn't fix the problem and then high tailed it to Costa Rica. Cost me $4000 more to fix everything he did. Putting in 3" pipe instead of 2" to match the house with 2 uneven fernco's caused instant back ups. Nightmare"
