"Horrible service, I'm so sorry I booked them for my daughter party. First... the owner Joanne begins texting me the day before the party with concerns for her daughter who would be Elsa because she is having a problem finding a babysitter. Of course, I told her it was okay to bring the child to the party. The 2hour party was to be with one character accommodated by 2 artists. The artist will do face painting and balloon twisting while Elsa mingles with the kids. This was all to take place at 5pm sharp. The party started as a pool party from 4-5pm and the Elsa will show up and the balloon twisting, face painting, bounce houses, games and piñata busting will begin. Well one artist come and tell me Joanne (whom is the owner but scheduled to accommodate him with face painting and bring along the invoice and Elsa) will be late because Elsa haves problem finding a sitter. Okay, by late, Elsa arrives at the party at 6:30! One hour and thirty minutes late and now Joanne isn't coming at all. When we approached Elsa she denied not having a sitter and had no excuse but saying "What's the problem, I'm here." Not to mention she was definitely trashed on some drug. When the kids approach her, they ask "Elsa where is Anna," Elsa responds "Anna is at home with her husband making babies." The nerves. Then while the only artist is in the middle of a face Elsa walks over to him and ask "so how are we suppose to get paid for this job." In front of my guest. Then when asked to leave she yells out to the kids "I have to leave kids, they are making me go." Afterwards she comes back with Joanne on the phone, whom wasn't sorry at all, she tells me on the phone... Elsa is only due a 30minutes show and she arrived there as the kids were eating what was the problem. Problem is Joanne, this is my party. Y'all screwed it up. Elsa was due at 5pm. I only have one artist here. And I paid you... you don't have say so of how my party is to be scheduled. I have you a time and you should've been there on time in a professional manner. It was a disaster. All the adults, kept telling me that Elsa was high on drugs and she was groggy and slurring and saying obscene things to the kids. Fancy Face Painting Services ruined my daughter party. If it wasn't for all the other things we had scheduled for our daughter, I would've cried. If you want professional, on time and as promised, use another company!!!"
