"Beyond Happy With the Results! I initially tried to repair my own toilet, after receiving a $200 water bill. When all was said and done, there was more water coming out of the sides of the toilet than the initial leak I started with. The operator at Johnnie Jones was very informative and through a series of questions assured me I did not need a new toilet, and also said that, in the off chance I needed to, if I did switch out toilets the City of St. Pete offered a rebate. The technician scheduled called me prior to coming over, and I was able to schedule my lunch break around the fix. He was very efficient, fixing my toilet and replacing parts in another toilet, in and out in under an hour. Further, the rate charged was very economical for the service received. I've done nothing but praise this company since returning back to work! GREAT JOB!"
