"I used the key kiosk at Lowe’s and brought my key home. The key did not work and when compared to the original key, was NOT a match. Lowe’s gave me a 1-800 number which I called the same day (Sunday) only to discover they were not open. I replied via email and asked to be contacted and so far- no response. So if you want to donate 5 dollars to this company and receive a pretty key that does not work, then please, go right ahead. Personally I would like my money back."
