"Tracy is so rude. I was mailing packages for my Fathers business while he was out of town. He usually goes to the post office on 1st but this one is closer to my house. I presented the QR codes for her to scan to get the labels for my packages and she just was shaking her head saying, “this ain’t gonna work”. Yes, I did have 17 packages but they needed to be mailed out. She proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head through the entire process. The guest before me was having trouble with the “tap” option on the credit card machine and she was rude to her as well and eye rolled her and shook her head at her as well. None of us want to be shipping boxes out on our days off so you could at least be nice Tracy!!! I will never come back to this location. I will drive the extra couple miles!"
"I live in this Post Office's jurisdiction, and I get my mail excruciatingly late. A magazine I'm supposed to receive every Monday or Tuesday often still hasn't arrived by Friday or Saturday. Disappointing and frustrating."
"I mailed two packages ($1,900), USPS Ground Advantage to a PO Box, and the packages were classified “Undeliverable/Return to Sender”. All the information on the labels were correct. The tracking ended when they reached their destination at the Post Office, no tracking was provided after that, like on their return. I filed a claim “Where’s My Package “, when I was contacted by a representative, they stated that I should receive them by the next Wednesday, and immediately closed my case . Over three weeks later, no packages. The two packages were never returned, but stolen. The Post Office doesn’t carry claim forms, so you have to request them by mail, and then you’ll never receive them. I had to request them twice. You can file an insurance claim online. It’s not a user friendly site. When I went to do so, it would only allow me to enter the tracking number, but not the shipping date on the next line, as there was something wrong with their website, it wouldn’t work. I tried several times using both my phone and my computer, with the same result. I guess that's to the insurance company's advantage, and it's quite a deterrent in your ability to file your claim. What a scam to buy insurance to only wait forever to be notified that your claim has been denied. Never again. I now had to file a theft report with the product manufacturer, law enforcement agencies, and I’m hiring a private investigator with my own money because I am pissed, also seeking an attorney, as in most instances, since a Government agency, they cannot be sued. Moving forward, I will only use them to mail a letter of no value. The Post Office is not liable for anything, and there is nothing but corruption and theft. UPS, or FedEx from now on. At least I can take them to court."
"The two ladies working at this office at about 11am on a Monday are probably the most friendly and helpful postal employees or for that matter any staff member or employee of any business I’ve needed service at, and I’m trying not to exaggerate. Given that they are civil service and will probably keep those jobs regardless of how they treat the public makes me appreciate them even more. Frankly I’m thinking of going back tomorrow even though I need absolutely nothing from the post office! Just kidding, but seriously, good people!"
"I had a package intercepted by USPS and it was held at this post office instead of the one on 1st Avenue, where it was supposed to go. The post office called me on Wednesday to tell me the package was there after I filed a claim with USPS. The package was a gift for my best friend who lives down there. She has been to both post offices and both claim they do not have it. USPS tracking shows it is at this post office, someone from this post office CALLED me to confirm they have it, and yet will not give it to her. I am BEYOND angered by this situation considering two separate post offices are claiming the other has it."
