"The only good thing about this company is how quickly they respond to a service request. The actual service itself, horrible, I didn't hire them. I told the guy exactly where the leak was, told him what he needed to do in order to visually see it (cut part of the wall and 2x4 out to see the pipe on the floor) and over an hour later he finally did it and low and behold, he saw the leak! I said, it was exactly where I said it would be right? He agreed but then informed me he couldn't fix it because the pipes were copper. I said so what are you recommending we bulldoze the house and rebuild, come on, what do you mean you can't replace a broken pipe? Ridiculous! He said he couldn't replace it the right way, so I said we are done here you can leave."

Stiliyan was able to quickly diagnose the problem and even though the crawl space under the house was small he had no problem going underneath there to get the problem repaired. Other companies would have probably had us remove part of the floor to get to the problems but he was absolutely outstanding he removed all the debris from the area and made sure that they was no leaking.
