"Couldn’t be happier with the job done to our House. We had our exterior painted a week ago! I have walked around and can’t find any flaws. Bruce and his wife were both a pleasure to talk too and very detailed with their work. I will say it did take some time to get on the schedule, and a couple phone calls on my end to get in touch (no biggie) Tasha was professional and helpful. Would highly recommend, and will use them in the future for our interior."

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I was very displeased with the lack of professionalism and respect for our property while the painting was being done. Here's a list of why I am displeased: - It took numerous phone calls to ever get someone to call me to tell me when our job would be scheduled once I returned the signed invoice. - The painters took the liberty of blasting music on our Alexa device and then had the balls to disconnect it and/or turn off the cameras. This is also tied to our security cameras. - They left the key in the front door on numerous occasions when they went off for their lunch breaks or errands. - They left our screen door propped open on multiple occasions, including leaving it that way at the end of the day. Fortunately, our courteous neighbor closed it for us so it wasn't damaged with the high winds. - They left both bathrooms in disgusting shape and nearly out of toilet paper in both. I had just cleaned them both before they started and had left extra toilet paper in both. So I know it wasn't that way before they began. - The painters took the liberty of adjusting the AC temp down as low as 60 degrees!!! when they were 'working. But then I guess when they were finished they set it to 85 degrees when they left?! Really!! I routinely set the temp to 78 degrees. - When the painters showed up initially and I walked them through the scope of work, they said (and I directly quote) "no payment is due until we're done with the job and you are completely satisfied". HA! They didn't even let me know when they were done. They didn't follow-up to confirm they were done and ask if I was satisfied. And when I sent an email outlining these complaints, I get back threatening emails that if I don't pay their invoice, they'll put a lien on our property. Now for the list of poor workmanship: - Overspray! Overspray! Overspray!! Did they not put any drop cloths or protect anything before spraying? It took over an hour just to clean the overspray off the kitchen counters! - Paint was all over the wooden kitchen cabinets and floors in every room. - The exterior door from the laundry room to the garage got painted on one side and then just oversprayed on the edges. - In the Master Bedroom, the wooden baseboards were oversprayed! That room's walls were not to be painted. So to cover it, they grabbed a can of our leftover paint for the outside of the house to 'touch up'! I even told one of the painters when I checked in one day that wasn't the correct paint! - Painting along the closet trim in the Laundry Room was overpainted onto the walls. - One closet (in the guest room) was totally missed for painting. - Incorrect door fixtures were installed on the laundry room door and the one in the back bedroom was not re-installed after painting. - Front porch floors were to be stained dark brown but were painted using the same gray paint as the pool deck. - Dust from paint overspray was everywhere on floors, fixtures and the wainscoting. - Piles of debris were left behind in the Master Bedroom. - Mirror was not reinstalled on the Master Bedroom door when finished. - Piles of trash were left in the utility sink. - A piece of window trim from the wooden shutters in the Living Room was not re-installed after painting. Save yourself the headache and harassment of nasty email because they don't want to talk to you on the phone."

"After a remodel, After Hours (who only hang around until about 3:30p) started our job and failed to finish. They painted for three days, and Tasha, the scheduler emails that “the guys would be back in a few days”. A week later, nothing. They completed ONE room in three days!! Not a large room ... a bedroom. Didn’t put things back together. Removed part of our ceiling fan in the master and it’s still apart. Had to remind the painters to prime new drywall. One guy started painting the wrong color. Unprofessional firm and home painting seems to be a sidejob for them. Unresponsive and unreliable."
