"We have 2 different parents both living at Village Green and I definitely recommend it. We toured literally 50 MH parks before selecting this one and Village Green is one of the nicest, cleanest, best maintained parks in St. Pete. The clubhouse/pool/facilities is surprisingly beautiful. But the biggest plus is that it is an extremely ACTIVE community! There are a ton of events planned. To keep the park from declining they have a policy that whenever an older MH needs to be removed, they will only allow a brand new one to be brought in to replace it. As with the vast majority of MHP's here, you purchase/own the home but not the land and have to pay a monthly rental fee that includes both lot rent and typical community property dues."
"Absolute nightmare, my stepdad has purchased a house in this community (trailer park) because it looked nice. However, the people running the place have been harassing him on and off for almost 2 years about doing things to the house that were that way when he purchased it. Also the property manager says she can go in your backyard and anywhere around your house whenever she wants because “you don’t own it” even though the trailer was bought outright. To top it off while I was visiting, the property manager started raising her voice to me and trying to BULLY me because I explained to her the trailer was bought this way and my step dad is continually in and out of the hospital due to medical issues so it’s difficult to coordinate doing things that they want. I was trying to have a civil conversation but because I wouldn’t let her speak down to me she cut me off and said I’ll send you a list and sped off on her golf cart. If you want to live somewhere they harass disabled veterans and charge a premium price for lot rent then this is the place for you"
"We just bought a mobile home at Village Green and could not be more pleased with our experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful , especially the Assistant Manager , Colleen. We are new snowbirds and she went above and beyond to advise and help us. The park is beautiful and very clean with a great club house and pool."
"Village Green is extremely amazing. Extremely clean and intriguing to the eye. The way it is beautifully landscaped. Have a very dear friend there and is quiet as a church mouse. Beautiful pond very nice heated pool and clubhouse. Many activities and even more perks. Is highly recommended for comfortable retired living"
"The clubhouse, amenities and park are awesome. I usually speak to Greg or Glen. They are very pleasant to work with. Check this park out and you will want to live here forever. Enjoy all the amenities, the full social calendar, the neighborly atmosphere and bus that will take you and your new friends out on day trips. This park is close to everything. Welcome home. Update: had to change 5 stars to 4. No one ever answers the phone. You could call 10 times at various times of day. It goes straight to voicemail. After reading all the concerns and negative comments, I'd suggest residents let corporate know what they want. Prospective residents should share their concerns with corporate. Again, welcome home."
