"Visited the oldsmar post office today for passport services. this review is specific to JOE the passport agent who helped me and my children. He was incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He was able to help us with our passport needs in a much shorter time than anticipated and he did so with a smile. Honestly I cannot recall ever having interacted with a government employee as great as Joe. We need more of him out there and the oldsmar post office is lucky to have him!"

"Staff is nice, manager just walks around to act and look busy, doesn't help the team when the line is out the door. Also they need signs to help answer common questions, like what type of box gets special shipping, what kind of tape to use, what needs a hand written return address. Also they have tables for you to box your own packages but no tape anywhere to use unless you buy a box from them that has the tape on it."

"Convenient, efficient, friendly post office location! I greatly appreciate this post office and prefer to do all my business and mailing at this location. My local post office, in Palm Harbor, has a horrible reputation. I've had several issues with this facility and chose to avoid it. The Oldsmar Post Office is worth the extra effort and mileage. This is one nicest, friendliest, and most efficient postal facilities. There is ample parking, seldom a long waiting time, and very pleasant, efficient employees. This is a full service postal service facility. It has all the postal services available, including passport services (to my knowledge, the passport assistance requires an appointment) This post office is located conveniently in Oldsmar, on Tampa Road."
