US Post Office Annex

"Whoever helped me here were all dumber than a box of rocks. The literal postal place, down the way told me an forwarded address these ppl acted like they were the FBI about. Picking up a package for my elderly family was hilarious they will be on YouTube if I ever have to interact with these people the way they are. Just make sure to talk slow with this bunch. Like really slow."

"I walked in the door at four minutes till 5 o’clock and was looking for the address in which I had to write for my priority express mail and a rude lady came from the back and told me have you found it yet because we’re gonna close I said, just can I have one more minute as a general form of speech and she said I’ve given you three minutes and I don’t care. You called me rude you can take your business elsewhere, I will be calling every single United States post office. I will write the senator if I have to I don’t care I will make it my mission to put this place out of business they do not deserve to be associated with the United States post office. 2 to a total of two times I’ve been there. The first one they were rushing to logo home and a dark hair woman from the back came up and started preaching about closing and that they have been there since 8:30am lol. every hospital I’ve worked worked in As a P.A. field and are shifts are 12 hours a could extend linger if your relief P.A. Didn’t arrive on time. Plus i believe because the front women were being rushed my package was mailed to the wrong address costing me about $500 . dark haired lady in the Back, was the only one that was concerned about the time. Any other post office if you make it through the doors on time, then you’re allowed to complete your mail, so I’m going to check into the legality of this, I’m not sure if this lady is the owner or manager, but she does not belong there. If you did a silent survey between the staff, I’m sure they would agree, she kicked me out because I called her rude for not giving me three minutes to look for an address as I dragged my 18 month old toddler into a post office to mail a simple item, Rude is not a name, it’s a definition of the way somebody is acting, it’s my opinion, and I have freedom of speech, which allows me to voice my opinion. And how can you kick somebody out over staying three minutes past closing time when you see a single father, caring his 18 month old little girl, trying to juggle a package and find an address at the same time, no morals, and no values are leading to the decay of our society Since this is the second time, this is happened, out of the two times I’ve been there, I will look into this further You have lost one customer from this and I can’t imagine how many others You get better service at a popular chicken franchise drive-through, then you do it at this PO Amex."

"Giving wrong packages with the hours you have is NOT ok! So I was late to pick up since you don’t open until 10, then got wrong package and here next day and you are NOT on time opening back up at 1 pm. Line outside on a weekday so I guess our work schedules and time are lot important around your 4 hour window? Unprofessional and knowing we HAVE to get these from you is not fair to not care more."

"For some reason this post office cannot seem to deliver my packages to the right address. Have had numerous packages not delivered, or delivered to the wrong house. Just recently had a book delivered four houses down, the numbers aren't even similar. You learn your numbers when you're a toddler, apparently some people who work here never did. I would be less mad if I was close to my neighbors but some of them seem to think my mail should take a few days vacation in their home."
