He got me the right size unit instead of trying to upsell me. And, when the sale of my condo fell through at the last minute he gave me a full refund, no questions asked. Then, The sale was back on and John got us all set up once again right away with a smile on his face the whole time and so helpful. Excellent service!!!!!"
