"Got stuck inside my building's elevator with my dog on Saturday evening and two fighters arrived promptly and got us out. They were kind and compassionate and reassured us that we were safe while they tried to open the elevator door. They kept talking to me while they figured out how to get us out. Really grateful for the prompt response and compassion/ caring. It was my first time getting stuck inside an elevator so it was scary but these wonderful fire fighters came to the rescue and turned a scary experience into a positive one. Thank you from me and my little Mason Brownie."
