"Horrible customer service. I went in to rent a uhual, there was a red haired lady and a short haired blonde lady. I went in and they were both on the phone, no problem I'll just wait. Then the red haired lady said we will be with you in a min nasty. So my husband and I waited about 10 mins and left. We don't have all day to wait."

"My rental was a nightmare when I returned it. I found out I wasn’t in the right truck (it had cigarette burn in seat and dog feces in the back) and the car dolly was not dispatched properly because it was on a maintenance order to be fixed. Sarah was excellent! She took control and did all she could do to help my daughter and I get it properly returned and a little refund for the truck issues. She made things as comfortable and easy as possible for us. I am very thankful for her. Just amazing!"
