"I paid over $400 for an install of my subs and radio. When I picked my truck up I noticed the backup cam wasn't working and it was making this awful feeling sound. I spoke with the manager. He looked under my seat himself and said the airbag wire isn't connected. They were able to rewire the backup cam but they said I had a lot of codes for my instrument panel. I ended up having to take my truck to Ford for a diagnostic. They determined the noise was coming from my seat crushing the wires. I had to pay another $400 to Ford to repair/replace the wires. So I went back to audio source and asked for the owner hoping to help with my resolution. He claimed we don't remove the seats for an install. It's very tight under my seat so I do not Believe that. He said he is not going to do anything for me and he said it with an angry tone. After TELLING him to stop yelling at me he explained that Ford would have came to him and told him that it was his mistake. I did not mention to Ford audio source did it so that does not make since.. I would not recommend going to audio source. They Re great people but won't take responsibility for their mistakes. Specifically the owner/manager. He knows my number and who I am hopefully this can be resolved and I can changed my review!"
