About the Business
Welcome to Parsons Memorial Presbyterian Church, located at 5850 Riverside Drive, Yankeetown, Florida. As a vibrant place of worship, we extend a heartfelt invitation to travelers, seasonal visitors, and community residents seeking Christian fellowship. Our church is a welcoming sanctuary where you can experience God's presence and become part of our caring Christian family.
Please note that our church service scheduled for Sunday, August 4, has been cancelled due to the upcoming storm. We urge everyone to stay safe and secure during this time.
We are grateful to Betty Colson for her years of service as our church pianist and wish her well in her retirement. We warmly welcome Nancy as our new organist and Maxine, who will take over the piano. We are also excited about the dedication of new diamond art for our church walls and the efforts of our volunteers who are adding a new roof to our church.
At Parsons Memorial, we offer a variety of opportunities for worship, study, fellowship, and service. Our traditional worship services are biblically based, and we celebrate Communion (the Lord’s Supper) on the first Sunday of every month. Worship is the central activity that unites us, providing strength, comfort, and protection in Christ’s name.
Throughout the year, our fellowship activities, including our beloved smorgasbord potluck meals, help us grow closer as a family-oriented church known for our love and support for one another. We invite you to join us in glorifying God through worship, sharing our time and talents, and caring for others.
We look forward to getting to know you better and hope you feel at home with us. May you find peace and joy in our community and in your journey of faith.
