"I thought since it's been over a year since I've rented from this location that I would put up my review. When I first came here the older lady that worked in the office was very sweet and very helpful. When I was at my unit I would noticed a lot of homeless people using the facilities to charge their phone, use the restroom, they never bothered me but I was very uncomfortable if I was there by myself. I started to notice when I would show up these last few months that things were different. You'd start to notice it was a little cleaner, not that it wasn't clean before but you would notice things were running a little more smoothly. I didn't see as many homeless hanging around. When I went into the office to pay my payment there was a young lady in there by the name of Nicole. When speaking with Nicole you can tell that she enjoys her job and she cares about the facility, the cleanliness, and the tenants. Shr has done a wonderful job and has cleaned up the facility and made it feel safer for me anyway. I will update the review if anything changes."

"Horrible facility. I've been here for 4 years just because of location convince. My original price was $75 a month and has steadily increased to a now $162 month for an 8 by 8. Just recently went to my unit after 3 or 4 months. This is the high end climate controlled one and alot of my boxes are filled with water and my things are destroyed. Alot of collectibles and alot of my family history memories are gone which cannot be replaced. This is the third time and now the third claim I've had to file. How does my unit keep flooding when the roof apparently has been completely replaced. If you actually want your belongings safe do not go here not worth the destruction or money."
