"The church hosts a food pantry that is run by Feeding Tampa Bay that is absolutely outstanding. The volunteers that work here are extremely friendly and helpful. They also offer a cafe every Monday through Friday from 5:30-6:30 pm for the homeless and anyone who needs assistance with food. The food that they cook is actually very tasty. They serve the leftovers in the food pantry three days a week. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:30 -4:30 however they open up at 12:30 to allow people to start taking numbers. But getting there early does no good because anybody in line at 12:30 gets their number pulled out of a random lottery based on the number of people in line. They insist that anybody who gets there any earlier will be asked to leave the premises as they were having a problem with people getting there too early and creating message out back where the picnic tables are. So please follow the rules as they do provide is very excellent service to anyone in need."
