They had made their arrangements through them and couple of years ago and were very satisfied with the experience. After making an appointment online we met with Lou McDermott, our Pre-Arrangement Counselor, a few days later at the Funeral Home. What a wonderful man! We had a general idea of what we wanted and Lou listened to our ideas and concerns, asked several questions, and discussed contingencies we hadn’t even considered. He was very professional… we were comfortable and never felt pressured throughout the entire process. Lou helped us figure out what we actually needed, nothing more and nothing less, and helped us save some money in the end. Lou gave us a tour of the facility and we were very impressed with their on-site reception and services options. I would also like to recognize “Angela” (the young lady at the reception desk) who greeted us when we arrived for our meeting with Lou. She was so friendly and welcoming and immediately had us at ease the moment we walked through the door. I can only imagine the range of emotions she encounters there on a daily basis.
