"Both my children have seen Dr. Gaebe MULTIPLE times. He is VERY well educated and informative. He explains things well in medical terms and dumbs things down for us when needed. He is caring and compassionate and I could not ask for better care. He has had 2 different assistants and they are both smiles and do their jobs well. We have had to wait for calls back a smidge longet than I would have liked a select time or 2, but overall totally worth the wait when I know my children are in good hands. Appointment setting isn't on him or his staff, it is on UMass itself. They always do their best for us from the office but most of the time, it is UMass scheduling. You cannot rate a doctor when his practice is built into a larger hospital affiliation. He is a GREAT doctor and all the little things are far less important than his ability and expertise. I highly recommend him."

"48 minutes on hold to be treated so incredibly rude and told that the best they could do is see an infant with a fractured wrist 4 days out as they are far too busy. Dr. Gaebe may be a good doctor, but I will never find out as I will never enter a practice this poorly run. Letting my primary care pediatricians know my experience and hopefully they can impress to this doctor that he is loosing patients due to rude and incompetent staff."

"Worst experience ever had. Dr. Gaebe's assistant Nikki was rude, not compassionate, unhelpful, sarcastic, despite my daughter's pain for 9 days. Constantly blew us off, lied to us about the insurance being 7-10 days to get authorization when I finally called insurance and they said authorization isn't even needed. Manager Jean was equally rude and unprofessional. finally went to primary care physician who ordered the MRI the same day as our call. I will never use Milford Orthopedics again"
