"I've been here a few times on service calls and the people are usually friendly. This neighborhood has a great waterfront with benches to sit and enjoy the view of the water. There looks to be other amenities like shuffleboard but just sitting on the bench on the waterfront is serene."

"Its a nicely kept mobile home community. You have to go through an extensive application to move in. The mobile homes range from about $50,000 to $500,000. Kinda crazy if u ask me but its right on the water so the closer your mobile home is to the water the more expensive they get."
