"I was checked in for a cut online I've had a very busy week and I walked in the sign said "open" I saw one person in One chair and a lady sweeping hair around another. I have never been so rudely talked to by anyone like this in all my life. The lady sweeping snarled at me it's 6:01 actually it's 6:50 I understand I'm at the closing time but not there yet I took have worked all day long and I too understand tired as I am a blue collar worker. I simply looked at her and said all I need is a buzz/ skin fade. She replied "really we've been cutting hair all day, were done" I've worked service industry before I know that ten minutes before closing is still open. But I'm also a good tipper so I simply smile and say "ok" because I don't want a terrible cut, so won't be back to this location"
