"Although the facility is great and our unit and the building it's in is spotlessly clean, that's not the most impressive thing about Tropicana Storage. It's the people. After my company obtained our unit, I stopped into the office to find out exactly where our unit was. I was greeted by Danaya -- maybe welcomed is a better word. The point is, having experienced other facilities, I can say that she was by far the most professional, efficient, and friendly office person (manager?) I've encountered. She couldn't possibly have been more helpful. I went back later to find that she was on break and was equally professionally greeted by another young woman whose name I never got, but still great. Then I met Dante Graham, the property manager. Once again, professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Tropicana Storage in Clearwater for anyone looking for a clean and extremely well run facility."

They were very thorough with explaining how viewing a unit would go and the options I had. I did not have time yesterday but when I returned the truck today, they were able to take of me, exceptionally. Drew was very detailed, kind and courteous.
