"Don’t ever work here. You are not cared about. Management cares about the almighty $. The Property Manager does not know how to treat employees. A few quit because of her rudeness and inability to work together as a team. She’s a bully, and upper Management within the Company does not care as they don’t treat their employees fairly. They do not tell the truth and they make up whatever they want to get you out. This Company is very unprofessional. Human Resources is not available they don’t want to hear from you, even though they claim to. I was prohibited by the Property Manager to speak to anyone above her, if there was any issues ( including with her) I had to only speak to her! There was many occasions and emails in regards to an apartment that is a literal Hoard situation. The Property Manager is very aware of the situation but has done nothing to correct it, no 7 day notice to resident. It’s a major fire hazard! I suggested many times about conducting inspections to make sure smoke detectors are working and to check on condition of apartments, also ignored. I had residents that requested to speak to Management to give a nice review for me for the service I gave them to the Property Manager. She didn’t want to hear it, she didn’t care. Upper Management is also aware of certain residents and on going issues, but does zero to address anything. Not only was I doing the job I was hired for, but I was also doing the Leasing agent position (since she quit the same week I started. Never appreciated. I really enjoyed the residents, and my actual job I was hired to do. If you plan on working for this company, be forewarned. It’s not going to be what you think it is. And you will be treated poorly by the Property Manager and upper Management. There is no communication, and you’ll be kept in the dark."

"There is good reason why there are always open positions with this organization. Until top management is replaced, this is not a good place to call a career home, although it could be. A new broom is needed, a new broom sweeps clean. I encourage the Board to look a little closer, these managers are not your friends - remember that. Try to remember that you have taken on your role to assure that the marginal population you serve, depends on your impartiality and dedication."

"My worker's were nice. If I didn't have all my paperwork I got another appointment to hand in the rest. What ppl have to realize is these worker's have allot of ppl to deal with daily. If you want them to be nice, see them in the a.m.! I came from another state (if your wondering about my color) this is allot different from where I lived before. So much more expensive $! But they work with you. And NO they don't side with the land lord! If you don't stick to what you signed with them and your land lord than that's your fault no1 else's!!!! I hate that ppl blame every housing authority for that!!!! Not there fault that you broke the lease in some way!!!!!"
